Welcome to CB420.COM (Cannabis Business Brokers). We are an organization you want to know, and a great source for all local and national information pertaining to businesses for sale in this rapidly growing industry. Founded in 2017, CBB has come a long way from its beginnings. The past 3 years have been more or less an educational venture, and there's much to know in the cannabis Industry, an industry where the rules change as the industry itself learns and grows. We're thrilled to be a part of the explosive Cannabis Industry .

 

We will offer for sale many types of businesses pertaining to the Cannabis Industry. We're currently in a beta Pre-launch /construction phase. Our official launch date is January 2022. If by chance you don't see something your looking for, although in Pre launch, we do have some inventory available and are still able to list your business. Some business owners choose not to display their business on the forum however still contract us to sell their business by other networking avenues that we employ.  You can drop us an e-mail and let us know exactly what it is you're looking for. We take confidentiality very serious and bring 40 years of business brokerage to this forum. We attend all conventions, trade shows, workshops, legislative meetings, hearings and social events in Massachusetts. We subscribe to all other cannabis friendly states for industry updates, changes in the law, market logistics and Cannabis NEWS! So, we're deeply networked, and are very much plugged in to the National Cannabis Industry. We're proud members of the National Cannabis Industry Association.

States With Legalized Recreational Marijuana

10 US states and the District of Columbia have legalized recreational Marijuana for individuals age 21 & up.

  1. Washington: Marijuana is legal for medical and recreational use. (Legalized in 2012; legally purchase up to 1 ounce, possess up to 6 ounces.)

  2. Oregon: Marijuana is legal for medical and recreational use. (Legalized in 2014; legally possess 8 ounces at home, 1 ounce on your person.)

  3. California: Marijuana is legal for medical and recreational use. (Legalized in November 2016; legally possess up to 1 ounce.)

  4. Nevada: Legal recreational use law has taken effect. (Legalized in November 2016; legally possess up to 1 ounce.)

  5. Colorado: (Legalized in 2012; legally possess up to 1 ounce.)

  6. Alaska: Marijuana is legal for medical and recreational use. (Legalized in February 2015; legally possess up to 1 ounce.)

  7. Massachusetts: Legal recreational use law has taken effect. (Legalized in November 2016; legally possess up to 1 ounce outside the home, up to 10 ounces inside the home.)

  8. Maine: 2016: legalized recreational marijuana when Question 4 passed by 54%

  9. Michigan: Legal for recreational use (Legalized in 2018; legally possess 2.5 ounces)

  10. Vermont: Legal for recreational use (Legalized in 2018; legally possess 1 ounce)

  11. District of Columbia: Marijuana is legal for medical and recreational use. (Legalized in 2014; legally possess 1 ounce.

Medical Marijuana has recently been adopted in a growing number of states across the United States to treat a wide spectrum of conditions. To obtain medical use cannabis legal doctor’s prescription and allows patients to purchase marijuana.

  1. Alaska: Marijuana is legal for medical and recreational use. (Legalized in February 2015; legally possess up to 1 ounce.)

  2. Arizona: Marijuana is legal for medical use. (Legalized in 2010; legally possess up to 2.5 ounces)

  3. Arkansas: Marijuana is legal for medical use. (Legalized in 2016; legally possess up to 2.5 ounces)

  4. California: Marijuana is legal for medical and recreational use. (Legalized in November 2016; legally possess up to 1 ounce.)

  5. Colorado: Marijuana is legal for medical and recreational use. (Legalized in 2012; legally possess up to 1 ounce.)

  6. Connecticut: Marijuana is legal for medical use. (Legalized in 2012; legally possess up to 2.5 ounces)

  7. Delaware: Marijuana is legal for medical use. (Legalized in 2011; legally possess up to 6.5 ounces)

  8. Florida: Marijuana is legal for medical use. (Legalized in 2011; legal possession quantity undecided)

  9. Hawaii: Marijuana is legal for medical use. (Legalized in 2000; legally possess up to 4 ounces)

  10. Illinois: Marijuana is legal for medical use. (Legalized in 2013; legally possess up to 2.5 ounces)

  11. Louisiana: Marijuana is legal for medical use. (Legalized in 2016; legally possess one month’s supply)

  12. Maine: The state has not yet created rules licensing growers or retailers (Ballot measure was approved in November 2016; legally possess 2.5 ounces.)

  13. Maryland: Legal for medical, However, since 2014, the possession of 10 grams or less of marijuana has been decriminalized
